Sukhothai Guide

Sukhothai, a province in central Thailand, is full of historical sites and one of them is the World Heritage-listed Archaeological site Sukhothai Historical Park, where the partially restored 13th- and 14th-century palaces and temples of the Kingdom of Siam’s first capital lie. It has a classic ‘Sukhothai style’ of architecture leaving Thailand a lasting legacy.

You can find here the Phra Achana or the Speaking Buddha at Wat Si Chum and other important temples of the province such as Wat Phra Prang and Wat Chang Lom.
