Nai Dok Nai Thong Kaeo Monument, Ayutthaya

The Monument is located in Phai Cham Sin Subdistrict, amidst the bustling grounds of Wiset Chai Chan Witayakom School close to Wat Wiset Chai Chan. A gilded tribute to bravery and sacrifice, cast in shimmering brass atop a pedestal, this monument stands as a beacon of hope and inspiration, honouring the valour of Mr. Dok and Mr. Thong Kaeo, who laid down their lives in defence of their beloved land during the tumultuous Battle of Bang Rajan before the fall of Ayutthaya in 1766.
