Wat San Pa Yang Luang is said to be one of the five most beautiful temples in Thailand; the temple was previously known as Wat Kom Lampong which was built in 531. Prakong Hall was built in 2005 and a home of Phra Yok Kiew brought from Kong River. The full name of Phra Yok Kiew is Phra Putta Anyarat Maha Mati Sri Hariphunchai. The temple is famous for its beautiful stuccos especially in Prakong hall which is delightful from every angle from the gable to the pillars lacquered with gold.
