It looks different from other shrines because there has a guardian spirit who has the head of a glass-closing dragon. It is the only shrine in Thailand that has a replica Luang Pu Tuad stepping on fresh sea water, Wat Chang Hai, is enshrined in this temple area which consecrated by Luang Pu Tim Phrakru Wisaisophon, Wat Chang Hai. The shrine area is also strategical place which is auspicious according to Feng Shui principles, and part of the dragon’s head facing the sea. Inside the shrine, there are many statues of gods to worship, such as Yulai, Arhat Ji Gong, Guan Yu, Tiger God, Weng Jia, Guan Yin. The walls have beautiful stucco images. It is a sculpture of a Chinese craftsman in the past which tells the story of Chinese traditions and culture. According to the legends of Chinese chronicles is very exquisite, including a rare hand stucco dragon pillar. The Kow Leng Jee Shrine will have a ceremony to parade the Buddha images in July every year. Open daily 08.00-16.00 hrs.

Tips for Visitors
- Keep your voice low and your head below any Buddha images when seated.
- Avoid pointing your feet at Buddha images or monks.
- Visit early morning to see monks collecting alms.
- Dress modestly — cover shoulders and knees. Sarongs may be available at the entrance.
