Le Vimarn Cottages & Spa

A 4-star beachfront resort on Ao Prao Beach, one of Koh Samet’s quietest western shores. Le Vimarn Cottages & Spa is the sister property to Paradee Resort — same owner (Samed Resorts), different character. Where Paradee leans ultra-exclusive, Le Vimarn is the more accessible option: traditional teak bungalows with woven fabrics, an infinity pool overlooking the sea, and the full Dhivarin Spa menu.

Rooms are proper cottages — 45–55 sqm, balcony or terrace, minibar, bathrobe, satellite TV. The Premier Ocean Hillside rooms have spa baths and elevated sea views. Both room types include breakfast.

Two restaurants: O Restaurant on the beach for Italian and Western; Buzz Restaurant for Thai food with ocean views. Water sports — canoeing, windsurfing, snorkelling, diving — are all bookable on site. The fitness centre and spa run daily.

Getting here requires a boat: the resort runs a shuttle from Ao Prao Pier on the mainland (Ban Phe) at 11am, 1:30pm, and 4pm. Public ferries to Na Dan Pier on Koh Samet also work — the resort provides a ground transfer from there.
