Trip Planning Enquiries

If you submit our trip planning form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact information, travel dates, budget, and trip preferences. We use this information to review your enquiry and, where you consent, to share it with a travel planning partner so they can respond to your request.

Saved Places and Trip Plans

When you save a place or route, we store the list in your browser and keep an anonymous backup linked to a cookie so it can be restored on the same browser. The backup does not contain your name or email address.

If you ask us to email your saved places, we use the address only to send that one recovery email. This does not subscribe you to marketing. Personal trip plans are accessible through a private, unguessable link; anyone you share a viewing link with can see that plan.
