90% of our guests are solo travellers, coming from all corners of the world. This diverse community fosters connections and lively socializing over meals, by the pool, and along the sun-kissed beach. Thailand and Koh Samui are very safe travel destinations.
Can you arrange an airport transfer? How far is it from the airport?
We can organize a private airport transfer, the rate is THB 700/ duration 25 mins. We would simply need your flight number and arrival time to book this service for you.
What is the average age range?
Some guests are in their early twenties, but others are 60 plus - it really depends! Our group is diverse in terms of fitness level, experience, and age each week.
How many people will be on the retreat?
Our intimate group size, ranging from 10 to 20 people, ensures a close-knit and engaging atmosphere.
Do you have Wifi?
Yes our guests enjoy fast WiFi on site.
Can I arrive early and/or stay after the retreat?
We only offer bookings on an 8 day/7 night schedule from Sunday-Sunday to maximise our sense of guest community.We strongly encourage you to arrive and depart on Sundays to get the most out of your program, but of course, you are welcome to check in and out at any point during your booked stay.Please let us know what you decide and we will do our best to accommodate alternate welcome meetings and fitness assessments based on your schedule.

Do you require people to have an insurance or medical form?
It is not necessary to show us a waiver from your doctor. However, we expect you to have no health conditions that could be made worse by participating in regular physical activity.We only require a basic level of fitness so that you can fully enjoy the structure of our program. If you can walk at a moderate pace over hilly terrain for more than one hour, you should be fine!We do recommend to buy an extra travel insurance, it is usually cheap and can be bought conveniently online for the exact d

We have guest stay a minimum of 1 week up to 2 months! All guests check in and out on Sundays.
How can I arrive at the retreat?
You can fly to Koh Samui International Airport directly from all major Asian cities by the 'boutique airline' Bangkok Airways. There are flights between the city (Bangkok) and the island every hour. It’s a short one hour flight to Koh Samui. We do not recommend arriving via train or taxi as the distance is long, and the trip would take a long time. But if you want to save some money, you can also fly to Surat Thani on the mainland by a low-cost carrier (AirAsia, Nok Air, Lion Air), and in the ar

How fit do you need to be?
If you can hike over hilly terrain at a normal walking pace for more than 1 hour, you'll do fine! Most of our guests are looking for a kickstart to a more active lifestyle. We are not a hardcore boot camp with shouting coaches; our guests love how supportive and inclusive our trainers are. Some hikes require a bit of a higher fitness level, but we always keep in mind our guests’ capacity and will work with you to find activities that work for your levels and goals.
