Hello! Sawasdee Kha, my name is Ms. Yada (Rose), I am a Thai artist. I live in the Samroiyod National Park where the mountain range meets the sea, with 2 Thai cats. I am experienced in creating the traditional batik hand painting. I will guide you on how to create a batik piece and, or having fun with simple watercolor painting. Any artistic skills are not needed, just enjoy playing with colors and learn a new thing!I am the host welcoming you to my “2 nights-3 days of a Private Family-like Retreat.” The heart of the retreat is a kind of real Thai, but non-toxic.* You can book more days for a longer stay here/or at the retreat if the room is available. The price that is shown here is for the cabin and breakfast. Activities are excluded. No worries, I am very pleased to help while you stay.According I have only one accommodation for the guests, it is a private cabin style, the retreat could be delivered for 1-2 persons at a time. The cabin is secluded, fully furnished, comfy, 36 Sqms wide, 2 single beds, plus an extra folding bed for the 3rd person.* The itinerary will start from 06:00 am to 17:00 pm. Of course, it can be flexible according to timing and your own interests.At the part of The Art Retreat: The retreat includes a batik workshop at the on-site art space in the garden. I will guide you in learning by doing how to create a piece of batik art from start to finish or create a relaxing watercolor painting. You can make your own accessories from beads and seashells if you like.At the part of Thai Culture Retreat: The retreat includes on-site cooking. I will guide you on how to cook an exotic recipe of “Pad Thai” for your own lunch. For excursion experiences, we will visit a local temple and local fresh market. You will try both common noodle dishes and famous dishes. Experience Thai massaging, and introduction of 10 minutes of Thai traditional breathing meditation.At the part of Nature Retreat: The retreat includes visiting tourist attractions of your choice. You will enjoy a long peaceful beach and mountain view. The retreat includes the visit to tourist attractions places in the National park; hiking to visit Prayanakhon Cave (guide is not needed, there are some national park officers on duty), Sai cave, boat trip sightseeing. Please note that regarding the limited time of the retreat itinerary, you will need to choose the place to visit from your most interest and your health records.At the part of Wellness and Mindfulness parts: The retreat includes 1 hour of beach yoga. It is for all levels, guided by a professional Thai trainer. Introduction of Thai Buddhism meditation (breathing in and out), 1 hour massaging.Regarding your precious me-time: You can ride a bicycle along the beach, dip into the sea, beach time.NOTE: Every activity that might be recommended by the host for the guests’ interests which is not shown in the itinerary, the guests will need to pay extra for themselves. Those cannot swap in the retreat’s itinerary. For example:Paddling board at the sea or trip to paddling by the river or in the scenic wetland in our national park, guided by our local professional trainers. (The paddling activities will be charged extra about 800-1,000 baht/person; the booking will need to book after your arrival, according to the weather.Boat trip to visit monkey island.THE FULL ITINERARY OF THE RETREAT: (It can be flexible)Day 1: Check-in at 14:00 pm (Thailand time) Greeting by host with a special welcome drink! The host will suggest the beach and around the village by car. Then 1-hour sightseeing boat trip in the national park.17:00 pm. Thai noodles for dinner. Back to the cabin. Enjoy your me-time.Day 2: Go to the beach, seeing the beautiful sunrise.07:00 am. Beach yoga for all levels.09:00 am Breakfast in the garden at the retreat. (Mixed Thai and simple western-style, coffee, tea, juice, and seasonal fruits.10:00 am Art workshop; making your own batik piece, 45cmx45cm on muslin fabric or watercolor loose painting.12:30 pm Learn how to cook “Pad Thai” for your own lunch.14:30 pm Visit tourist attraction; hiking Prayanakhon cave, or sightseeing boat trip at the wetland in the national park, exploring wildlife and beautiful limestone mountain shapes.Enjoy me-time.19:00 pm Dine out at the local restaurant located along the beach road. Experience the set of Thai menu that includes 3 dishes for sharing, rice, and drinking water. *** Please note that for every additional menu and drinks apart from the available set, will need to be paid by guests.21:00 pm. Before bedtime: 10 minutes of Introduction of Breath Meditation.Day 3: 09:00 am Breakfast, enjoy your me-time.12:00 pm. Check-out time.
