The three-hour session breaks into a 10-minute safety briefing and kitting-up, 10 minutes of driving tuition on a banana-plantation practice track, roughly two hours on the main 28 km course with breaks for water and photos, and a 40-minute wind-down with soft drinks, fresh fruit, and a choice of beef, chicken or vegetarian burgers with fries and salad — showers and changing rooms are available afterward. Two trips run daily: a morning departure (hotel pickup 9-9:30am, on the trail 10am-1pm) and an afternoon one (pickup 1:30-2pm, trail 2:30-5:30pm).

Riding gear — MX shirt, helmet, gloves and goggles — plus a professional guide, lunch and soft drinks are included in the $61 price. Hotel pickup and drop-off by air-conditioned minivan or taxi is available on request; provide a hotel name and phone number when booking. Not included: alcoholic drinks, gratuities and the souvenir video, all purchasable on-site.
