Raya Island / Mai Ton Island Private Boat Tour
Activity provider: 5 Star Marine
Highlights
- Arrive at our offices, check in, receive a complete tour briefing
- Discover the crystal blue waters of Mai Ton Island, also known as Honeymoon Island
- Stop off at Siam Bay, where our boat looks like it's floating on air
- After a full day of snorkelling head to this secluded beach and enjoy some fresh fruit and cool refreshments
This is a private charter rather than a shared departure — the boat and crew are booked for one group, up to 15 guests, at a flat price rather than a per-person one. It covers Koh Racha Yai and Koh Racha Noi, known together as Raya Island, plus a stop at Mai Ton Island (also called Honeymoon Island) on the way back to Phuket. The day runs 6 to 8 hours: a check-in briefing at the operator’s office with coffee or tea, snorkelling at Mai Ton with a chance of spotting the dolphin pod that frequents the area, a longer stop at Siam Bay and the beaches of Koh Racha Yai (including Patok Bay), then a final stretch at a quieter beach for fruit and drinks before heading back to the pier.
Guides run the trip in Thai, English, or Spanish — worth flagging when booking if a specific language matters. Snorkelling gear, bottled water, soft drinks, snacks, and all park fees and taxes are bundled into the price; infant seats and prams are available on request, and service animals are allowed.
