Madera Residence Sriracha is a four-star serviced apartment block on Thetsaban 1 Road, in the middle of Si Racha rather than out at the water. Robinson department store, a cluster of restaurants, the town hospital and the beachfront public park are all a walk away, so you can settle in without renting a car on day one.

Apartments & Facilities

Three room types make up the building. The 35 sqm Studio Premier keeps sofa, dining table and kitchen in one open room; step up to the 46 sqm One Bedroom Premier or 55 sqm One Bedroom Executive and you get a door between the bedroom and the living room. Every apartment has a full kitchen — fridge, microwave, stovetop, cookware, dinnerware and kettle — plus a balcony, though washer-dryers are fitted in selected units only.

Upstairs, a rooftop pool sits next to the fitness centre, sauna and a small zen garden; there’s also a library-cum-business centre, a laundry room, and a cafe serving breakfast. Wi-Fi and parking are included.

Practical tip: Take a one-bedroom type if you want a closed door between sleeping and living space — the Studio has the identical kitchen but keeps everything in the same room.

Sriracha’s own Tiger Zoo has shut with no reopening date, so skip it; Khao Kheow Open Zoo is the better half-day trip from here. Pattaya’s beaches are noticeably closer than Bangkok or Suvarnabhumi Airport, so treat this as an eastern-seaboard base rather than a stopover between the two.

Pros
  • Full kitchen in every apartment, not just the larger units
  • Rooftop pool, fitness centre and sauna
  • Central location — Robinson, restaurants and the hospital on foot
  • One-bedroom types add a separate living room
Cons
  • Studio keeps sofa, dining and kitchen in one room
  • Washer-dryers aren’t in every unit
  • No beach on site — Si Racha is a working coastal town, not a resort strip
  • Day trips to Khao Kheow or Pattaya mean road transport, not walking

Frequently Asked Questions

Do the apartments have full kitchens?
Yes. All three room types have a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, kitchenware, dinnerware and kettle. Washer-dryers are fitted in selected units only.
Is this location good for tourists?
The central location is walkable to restaurants, Robinson, hospitals and the city beachfront public park. It works for business and leisure stays, though Sriracha is a coastal commercial city rather than a resort beach town.
How reliable are the guest ratings?
For an up-to-date score, check Booking.com or Agoda directly — ratings shift as new reviews come in, and any older number you find elsewhere may already be stale.
Do all apartments have a separate living room?
No. The 35 sqm Studio Premier has seating and dining zones in one open room. One Bedroom Premier and Executive categories add a separate bedroom and living room.
