Bangkok One-on-One Muay Thai Lesson with Hotel Pickup

FITFAC runs eleven Muay Thai gyms across Bangkok, and this session puts a fighter one-on-one with an instructor at whichever branch sits closest to their hotel. Send the hotel name at booking and FITFAC assigns the nearest of the eleven, most within reach of a BTS or MRT stop. Staff can escort guests to the gym if the route isn’t obvious.

The 75-minute session runs private rather than as a group class, so pacing follows the guest instead of the room. FITFAC has built its reputation training beginners: the operator’s own FAQ notes most bookings are first-timers, and instruction adjusts to whatever level walks in. Handwraps, boxing gloves, and a pair of handmade Muay Thai shorts to keep afterward all come with the session, along with private transport to and from the gym and access to a shower room and locker.

Watch out: Bottled water isn’t included, so bring a bottle or pick one up beforehand. The gyms run air-conditioned, but a 75-minute session still works up a real sweat.
