Your day starts off with a trip to the local market where you'll be instructed on how to choose the ingredients correctly as well as get the items you need for the day. At the school, your instruction will begin. You will cook five delicious Thai courses, each one from scratch. The art of creating Thai food comes from the careful steps that lead to it, and you'll be given a true hand-on experience every moment. Guided by the chefs, you'll be able to properly create these great dishes and develop new skills!
