Baan Klong III is a two-bedroom villa near Klong Jark Beach on Koh Yao Noi, part of a row of four sister villas, with kayaks and spa facilities on hand. It sleeps four, has its own pool and terrace in a planted garden, and shares a bigger pool with access to the beach. Phuket airport is about 95 km away by road and ferry.
Kayaks, a kitchen and a garden pool
The living room has a 55-inch smart TV, and the fully equipped kitchen and dining table for six make cooking in an easy choice. Both bedrooms have king beds and en-suite bathrooms with rain and handheld showers.
The pool and terrace sit inside a lush garden, and the shared pool and terrace lead down to the beach. Kayaks and other water activities can be arranged, and there are massage and spa facilities. A backup generator covers the air conditioning and WiFi.
Insider Tip: Ask for the kayaks on day one. They’re the one thing that sets III apart from its neighbours, and Klong Jark Beach is only 180 metres from the door.
