The open-plan kitchen, shared with the estate, has a Nespresso machine, the living room a 55-inch TV, and the dining table seats six. Both bedrooms have king beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in rain and handheld showers. The main bedroom opens straight onto its own patio with sun loungers and a view of the sea, and the second looks over the garden.
Outside, the pool terrace and lawn lead toward Klong Jark Beach, 180 metres away. Housekeeping comes daily, and cots and high chairs are available.
