Six-Bedroom Villa
On Lipa Noi’s quiet stretch of west-coast sand, Ban Suriya is a staffed six-bedroom villa with direct beach access and two pools. Fisherman’s Village is about 23km away and Samui International Airport roughly 31km, so this is a villa for basing yourself in one spot rather than hopping between beaches.
The main pool runs 20m by 5m, with a second 8.5m by 3m plunge pool for cooling off without the walk. Six ensuite bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests across a mix of king and twin rooms, with a fitness room and both indoor and outdoor living space built for a group rather than a couple’s escape.
A villa manager, private chef and household staff run the place day to day. Daily breakfast is included; for other meals you buy groceries and a 25% handling fee gets added on top, so treat food as its own budget line rather than folding it into the nightly rate.
Insider Tip: Confirm your bedroom count before paying. Reduced-bedroom rates exist for smaller groups, and they work out cheaper than booking all six and leaving rooms empty.
Airport transfers cost extra and need booking ahead — the villa can also arrange car and driver services. Check-in is from 15:00, checkout by 11:00, and anything outside those hours, from an early arrival to a specific transfer time, needs confirming with the villa team in advance.
Ban Suriya works best for families or groups planning to spend real time at the property rather than day-tripping around the island. Lipa Noi is calmer than Chaweng or Bophut, which is the point, but it also puts the north-coast restaurant strip a drive away, so factor transport into your meal planning.
Compare current rates on Booking.com or enquire with Ban Suriya’s own reservations team, since pricing shifts with season, bedroom count and booking terms.
