K.B. Resort sits directly on Kai Bae Beach on Koh Chang’s west coast, with an outdoor pool and on-site dining backing up the beach access. Swimming conditions shift along the shoreline — some stretches turn rocky or coral-covered — so check locally before wading in.

Rooms and Facilities

Cottages, building rooms and villas come in garden, sea-view and beachfront positions. The 44 sqm Superior Cottage, 24 sqm Sea View Cottage and 62 sqm Deluxe Garden View Villa are the most consistent options across booking sites. Family, triple and twin-villa rooms are also available, but bedding and maximum occupancy differ depending on where you book, so confirm the exact configuration before you pay.

There’s no guest kitchen, but every room has a fridge and kettle, and the on-site restaurant, bar and coffee shop cover meals along with breakfast. Beyond the pool, you get Wi-Fi, parking, a tour desk, massage, fishing, hiking and snorkelling, plus a paid airport transfer if you arrange it ahead of time.

Watch out: “Beach Front,” “Sea View” and “Garden View” describe genuinely different positions on the property, and family-room capacity can change depending on the rate plan — ask for both before booking.
