It’s a five-minute stroll from Krabi Walking Street, with Wat Kaew Korawaram about 300 metres away and Thara Park roughly 1.6 km further on. This is a town base rather than a beach hotel — plan on road transport if Ao Nang’s sand is the main point of your trip.

Insider Tip: Use the Maharaj Soi 2 address plus a map pin rather than a street number when arranging a pickup — Booking.com and OYO list 32 and 28 respectively for the same building, so quoting just one risks sending a driver to the wrong door.
Krabi Town’s riverfront piers are close by, but that doesn’t mean every island boat leaves from beside the hotel. Check the pier named on your ticket: Phi Phi ferries commonly use Klong Jilad Pier, a short ride away, while Railay connections depend on the operator you book with.
Choose this hotel for a central, walkable Krabi Town base with straightforward rooms and a restaurant downstairs. It won’t suit anyone expecting a pool, resort grounds or beach access — for that, look toward Ao Nang instead.
