Moonstone Studio sits on a small hill above Haad Rin Nai on Koh Phangan — about a three-minute walk down to the beach, and another ten minutes on foot to Haad Rin Nok and the Full Moon Party strip. Close enough for the nightlife, far enough that you’re not sleeping above the sound system.

Three room sizes cover the property. The 26 sqm Studio has a king bed for two. The Studio Apartment adds a sofa bed within 28 sqm but keeps the same two-person cap. The 64 sqm Big Studio sleeps three with a king bed plus a single sofa bed. Only the Big Studio has real cooking facilities — the smaller studios give you a fridge and kettle, nothing more.

A pool, hot tub and bar cover the on-site downtime, and staff can arrange local shuttles and water activities. Koh Phangan has no airport of its own — flying in means landing on Koh Samui or the mainland first, then crossing by ferry.

Insider Tip: Confirm luggage help before you book if you’re walking in. The hill from Haad Rin Nai isn’t long, but it’s steep enough to notice with a full suitcase.

Moonstone suits couples or small groups who want Haad Rin on foot and a pool over direct beach frontage. If you need the Big Studio’s kitchen, book it by name — the smaller studios share the same address but not the same equipment. During Full Moon week, expect noise regardless of the hill.
