Cooking-adjacent workshops cover things like fruit and vegetable carving and making traditional Thai desserts. Thai dance and classical puppet shows run at set points in the day — performances have historically clustered around midday and into the evening, often timed alongside a Khantoke-style set dinner for anyone booked in for the meal.
