Departs later than most Krabi four-island trips (1:30pm instead of the usual 9am) so the run finishes with sunset and a night swim instead of an early return to a crowded beach. The meeting point shifts by season: November to April it’s outside Railay Village Resort on the west side of the peninsula; May to October, Railay Princess Resort on the east side. Hotel pickup isn’t part of the package, so getting to the resort is on the traveller.
A traditional wooden junk boat, per the operator’s own FAQ, carries the group of up to 27 to a snorkelling stop that takes in Koh Ya Wa Sam along with Koh Si and Koh Ta Ming (the exact combination varies with conditions) then on to Koh Poda, where the island’s entry fee is covered. As the light drops, dinner is a Thai buffet served on deck, with a possible swim to a small beach depending on where the boat anchors. After dark, the group swims with bioluminescent plankton back off Railay, a natural effect the FAQ notes depends on the moon and water conditions, so it isn’t guaranteed to be dramatic on every date.

Itinerary
A snorkeling spot with plenty of marine life and coral. There is plenty of time here for snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking or just relaxing on the boat. The boat also stops at Ko Si and Ko Ta Ming to snorkel, however the itinerary changes day to day depending on conditions.
Chicken Island
One of the most famous islands in the area. Swim, snorkel, paddleboard and kayak at this iconic spot.
Poda Island
Watch the sunset and have a Thai buffet dinner on the boat. Depending where the boat stops there may be a small private beach you can swim to.
Once its dark end the day swimming with the bioluminecsent plankton. One of the most magical experiences.
