Departs later than most Krabi four-island trips — 1:30pm instead of the usual 9am — so the run finishes with sunset and a night swim instead of an early return to a crowded beach. A traditional wooden junk boat, per the operator’s own FAQ, carries the group of up to 15 to a snorkelling stop that takes in Koh Ya Wa Sam along with Ko Si and Ko Ta Ming — the exact combination varies with conditions — then on to Koh Poda, where the island’s entry fee is covered. As the light drops, dinner is a Thai buffet served on deck, with a possible swim to a small beach depending on where the boat anchors. After dark, the group swims with bioluminescent plankton back off Railay — a natural effect the FAQ notes depends on the moon and water conditions, so it isn’t guaranteed to be dramatic on every date.
