The museum also highlights the contributions of Phra Si Phanommat, a respected figure who held the title of Ammat Tri (Major) and was instrumental in developing Laplae during his tenure as the agricultural leader of Phitsanulok. His significant achievements include urban planning, construction of the Luang Dam, educational development, and agricultural promotion. The museum consists of the cultural and activities courtyard, Ban Phra Si Phanommat Museum, traditional Laplae house replicas, building selling variety of products, ecotourism service centre, and Tham Mueang Laplae with a replica of the old town of Laplae, providing a vivid depiction of its historical lifestyle.
