Two weeks at Visit Natural Detox Resort buys the shortest version of a programme built on a fixed weekly rhythm rather than a day-by-day itinerary. Cardio runs Monday to Saturday at 7am, yoga follows Monday to Friday at 11am under a rotating cast of teachers covering Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative, and strength and conditioning takes the 4 or 5pm slot Monday to Friday. One Muay Thai class, one ice bath, one breathwork session and one meditation workshop land each week. None of it is compulsory — guests routinely skip the 7am cardio and nobody chases them.
The resort sits on Koh Samui within walking distance of the beach, the jungle trails and the local shops and markets, with rooms looking onto a pool garden. The open-air Wild Tribe Cafe is the social centre, and where most of the group drifts between sessions.
Groups run 10 to 20 people, roughly 90% arrive on their own, and ages span the early twenties to past 60. Check-in and check-out are both Sundays, so 14 nights is two clean weeks. The fitness bar is modest — if you can walk hilly ground at a normal pace for an hour, the schedule will not break you. Coaches are supportive rather than drill-sergeant.
Watch out: Meals are not included at this tier. Water and herbal tea run all day, but breakfast, lunch and dinner are at your own cost, and airport transfers are excluded too — budget for both. The 22-day all-inclusive package is the only one of the four that covers food.
Insider Tip: The operator’s low season runs 1 September to 16 December. The weekly schedule is identical and the island is quieter; if the price matters more than guaranteed sunshine, book that window.

Staying longer costs less per night. The 22-day retreat adds a week and a second weekly Muay Thai session, the 29-day adds airport transfers, and the 22-day all-inclusive bundles meals, three massages a week, a spa day and an Ang Thong boat trip for roughly double this rate.
