The all-inclusive package is the only one of the four Visit Natural Detox programmes that feeds you, and that single difference explains most of the price. Three daily meals come from a raw, vegan or vegetarian menu, with smoothies, coconuts, juices, organic coffee and herbal teas through the day. Three massages a week with the on-site therapist and one spa day — cold plunge, hot pool, steam room and sauna — cover recovery. Airport pickup and drop-off are included, which the 15 and 22-day packages leave to you.
Training runs on the same weekly frame as the other packages: cardio Monday to Saturday at 7am, yoga Monday to Friday at 11am rotating through Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative, and strength and conditioning Monday to Friday at 4 or 5pm with Coach Netta. Three Muay Thai classes, weekly breathwork, a meditation workshop and an ice bath fill out the week. The one genuine excursion sits here too: a full day by boat to Ang Thong Marine National Park for snorkelling, kayaking and hiking.
The resort is on Koh Samui within walking distance of the beach, jungle and local markets, rooms facing the pool garden, with the open-air Wild Tribe Cafe as the gathering point. Groups run 10 to 20, about 90% travel solo, and ages stretch from the early twenties to past 60.
Watch out: At $2,963 this costs $659 more than the 29-day package for a week less time. That is the correct price only if you value the food, the nine massages, the spa day and the Ang Thong trip above an extra seven nights. Price the meals yourself before deciding — Samui food is cheap outside the resort.
Insider Tip: Mu Ko Ang Thong closes outright from around 1 November to mid-December for the northeast monsoon, and exact dates move with sea conditions. Book a start date outside that window if the boat day is part of why you are paying the premium — otherwise you lose the only excursion in the package.
