Ang Thong Marine Park sprawls across 42 limestone islands in the Gulf of Thailand, and this seven-hour speedboat trip caps the group at 16 — which makes a real difference when you’re trying to kayak into the Emerald Lagoon without elbowing strangers. The boat cuts through the archipelago with stops for swimming, snorkelling over reefs, and kayaking inside the inland saltwater lake that gives the park its emerald nickname.
