A minivan and driver cover six stops around Koh Samui in a single five-hour loop, pairing temples and a natural landmark with free time to look around at each one. The route opens at the island’s Big Buddha Temple on the small island of Koh Faan, then continues to a shrine pond with Chinese-style monk statues, a coastal viewpoint over Chaweng beach, a well-known curiosity on Lamai beach, a monk’s body preserved in a seated position for more than 40 years, and the island’s second-largest waterfall.
At each stop the guide gives a short briefing before handing the group free time to explore and take photos before moving on. Admission is covered at all six stops, so there’s nothing to pay at the gate, and bottled water is handed out along the way. Pickup and drop-off runs in an air-conditioned vehicle from most Samui hotels.
Anyone who misses the hotel pickup can head straight to Big Buddha Temple instead and join the group there; confirm the meeting time with the operator beforehand rather than guessing.

Watch out: Lunch isn’t included, and pickup doesn’t reach Lipa Noi, Taling Ngam, Butterfly Garden, Hua Thanon, Nathon, Bangpor or Baan Tai. Check your hotel’s zone before booking. The fixed schedule also isn’t recommended for cruise-ship passengers on a shore excursion.

Big Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Yai)
Sitting golden Buddha 15-meter tall on the north coast of the island which is located on a small island called "Koh Faan". The Big Buddha statue is visible from kilometers away
Wat Plai Laem
Chinese Lady Monk and Happy Buddha, both statues are surrounding by a pond. Visitors can feed the fish by donation.
Lad Koh View Point
Visit the spectacular panoramic views of Koh Samui, you also see Chaweng beach which is the longest beach from here.
Samui’s most amusing sight that surely raises some chuckles at Lamai beach.
Wat Khunaram (Mummified Monk)
Mummified monk or Luangpor Dang who had been passed away for more than 40 years one he was sitting and meditating. You will see his body has been well preserved without any chemical .
Na Muang Waterfall
Fresh waterfall, the 2nd largest waterfall in Koh Samui. Make your body cool down and refresh during the trip.
