This 7.5-hour speedboat run out of Krabi covers four of Koh Phi Phi’s signature stops in a single day: Maya Bay, Pileh Lagoon, the reef flats off Bamboo Island, and a slow pass by Monkey Beach and Viking Cave. Maya Bay comes with real restrictions worth knowing in advance: swimming isn’t allowed on the beach itself, single-use plastics are banned, only reef-safe sunscreen is permitted, and drones need prior clearance. The Mu Koh Phi Phi Marine Park also closes for two months each year in low season, so it’s worth confirming the route still runs if travelling then. From Maya Bay the boat continues to Pileh Lagoon’s cliff-ringed water, then snorkelling on Phi Phi Leh’s east-side reefs before lunch at a restaurant on Phi Phi Don.
The fare covers hotel transfer, snorkelling gear, life jackets, an English-speaking guide, lunch, bottled water, and basic accident insurance. The national park fee (400 THB per adult, 200 THB per child) is paid separately on the day, and gratuities aren’t included either. Itinerary
Ao Nang
You will be collected from your hotel in Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Ao Nam Mao, Klong Muang or Tubkaek Beach in the morning, the exact pickup time will be indicated at time of confirmation.
Nopparatthara Beach
Check in with the Sea Eagle Tour crew at the small booth at Nopparat Thara Pier. Staff wear the official Sea Eagle Tour shirt, so the booth is easy to identify.
Guest will be recieving short briefing and instructions by the boat crew and Sea Eagle Tour guide.
Railay Beach
On the way to Phi Phi Islands you will make a short stop at Railay Beach to pick up other guests.
Phi Phi Islands
Enjoy a smooth cruise to Koh Phi Phi Leh on a speedboat designed for just 45 passengers.
Loh Samah Bay
The first stop will be at Loh Samah Bay where you can climb from a floating pier over the rocks to an elevated wooden trail which leads to the beach at Maya Bay
Maya Bay
Feel the soft white sand beneath your feet and dip your toes into the turquoise waters at one of the most scenic stops on the trip. You’ll have around 50 minutes to relax and take in the scenery, and if you’re lucky, you might even spot blacktip reef sharks gliding in the shallows. Please note: Maya Bay has special rules to protect its fragile ecosystem. Swimming is not allowed, single-use plastics are prohibited, only reef-safe sunscreen may be used, and drones require prior permission. Also, the Mu Koh Phi Phi Marine Park closes for 2 months each year during the low season to allow nature to recover.
Pileh Bay
Marvel at the 600-meter-long Pileh Lagoon, framed by dramatic 100-meter limestone cliffs, and optionally take a longtail boat ride to discover secluded coves for an extra charge

Thai-style lunch at Phi Phi Arida Restaurant on Phi Phi Don. Tell the operator ahead of time about any dietary needs, vegetarian, no seafood, or allergies, so the meal can be prepared accordingly.
Bamboo Island
The final stop is the tranquil Koh Pai, also known as Bamboo Island. This small, flat island is draped in lush greenery and surrounded by soft white sand, with a reef extending up to 500 meters from the shore. Just 5 km north of Koh Phi Phi Don, this uninhabited paradise invites you to swim among colorful fish in waters that feel like a natural aquarium.
