Annika Koh Chang is a four-star garden resort at 19/9 Moo 4 in Klong Prao, on the west side of Koh Chang, a few minutes’ drive from the beach itself. It ran for years as Ramayana Koh Chang Resort & Spa, and booking sites still surface the old name — same resort, either way you search it.
The resort sits inland rather than on the sand, so the free shuttle to Klong Prao Beach becomes part of your daily rhythm — worth checking the timetable at reception rather than assuming an hourly service. Parking and an airport shuttle are both available, though transfer costs depend on your rate.
Superior and Deluxe Rooms cover couples’ stays, and the two-bedroom Thai House sleeps up to four — a good pick for two families splitting one villa. Square-metre figures vary between Agoda and Booking.com, so confirm exact dimensions with reception if room size matters to you.
Insider Tip: Use the Annika name for current bookings and services, but keep “Ramayana” in your back pocket too — taxi drivers and older maps still recognise it, and it shares the same address and Agoda ID.
Sita Spa is still open, alongside the outdoor pool, fitness centre, a handful of restaurants and Wi-Fi throughout. It works well as a self-contained base for a Koh Chang stay, though anyone who wants to walk straight from their room onto the sand should look at a true beachfront property instead.
Getting to Koh Chang means a mainland ferry followed by a road transfer on the island itself — factor that into your arrival time rather than banking on a late check-in without warning. Check-in runs from 14:00 to 22:00, checkout by noon.
