King Power Mahanakhon is Thailand’s tallest building at 314 metres, and its rooftop SkyWalk is Bangkok’s most dramatic viewpoint. The glass-bottomed observation tray extends beyond the building’s edge — you stand on transparent panels with nothing but air between you and the street 78 floors below.
The indoor observation deck on the 74th floor has 360-degree views through floor-to-ceiling windows, with digital installations identifying landmarks across the skyline. The rooftop bar on the 76th floor is one of Bangkok’s best sunset spots.
Insider Tip: Visit around 17:00-18:00 for the transition from daylight to city lights. The glass tray gets very crowded at weekends — weekday evenings are quieter and the views are just as good. Book online for a small discount over walk-up prices.
