Students pick 5 dishes from a menu of more than 30, so no two classes necessarily cook the same thing. Choices need to reach the school at least 3 hours before the 1pm start so ingredients can be prepped in advance, worth flagging before the booking is locked in. Private transport is included for hotels across the southern half of the island; anyone staying further north should check the pickup radius before booking. Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller, and service animals are permitted.
