This full-day speedboat run stacks six stops across the Phi Phi islands into 8-9 hours: snorkelling at Green Island, a pass through Maya Bay, a swim at Loh Samah Bay on the sheltered side of Koh Phi Phi Leh, a look at Viking Cave, a beachside buffet lunch on Phi Phi Don, and a stop at Monkey Beach, where wild long-tailed macaques work the sand. The route also touches Pileh Lagoon, Nui Bay, and Khai Island along the way.

Snorkelling gear is included and used at more than one stop, since the coral sits close enough to shore for casual swimmers rather than committed divers. Lunch is a halal-available buffet at a beachside restaurant in Ton Sai Bay, with free time on the beach built into that stop. The Viking Cave interior is closed to visitors — the boat passes by for a look at the cave mouth and the swiftlet-nest harvesting scaffolding rather than landing.

Free hotel pickup covers only Patong, Kata, Karon, and Phuket Town; travellers based elsewhere need to arrange their own way to the meeting point. Unlike some Phi Phi day trips, the national park entrance fee is bundled into the $70 price rather than collected on arrival. The operator flags this as unsuitable for pregnant travellers or anyone with spinal injuries or cardiovascular conditions, and infants must sit on an adult’s lap — otherwise it’s rated for all fitness levels.

Key Facts:
  • Duration: 8-9 hours
  • Price from: $70
  • Rating: 4.6 (27 reviews)
  • Group size: Max 15 people
  • Includes: guide, hotel pickup (Patong/Kata/Karon/Phuket Town), snorkel gear, lunch, national park fee
  • Cancellation: Full refund up to 24 hours before departure

Watch out: hotel pickup is limited to four areas of Phuket — check the list before booking if staying elsewhere, and note the Viking Cave stop is a boat pass-by rather than a landing, since the interior is closed to visitors.

Itinerary

1

Arrive at Green Island to enjoy Snorkeling. Take in the characteristic magnificence of beautiful tall limestone precipices around you.

2

After an hour, you will arrive at Maya Bay Phi Phi Islands, a stunningly beautiful bay sheltered by 100-metre high cliffs on three sides. Maya Bay Our journey continues to the world-famous Maya Bay, made famous by the movie "The Beach." Explore its powdery white sands and crystal-clear waters, framed by dramatic cliffs. This iconic destination is a must-see!

3

Our next stop will be at Loh Samah Bay is in the southern part of Koh Phi Phi Leh island. It is precisely on the opposite side of Maya Bay. The location is one of the most spectacular snorkelling sites on Koh Phi Phi Leh, the second-largest island of the Koh Phi Phi archipelago. Loh Samah can be easily reached by boat and usually serves as one of the stops during a day trip to Phi Phi islands.

4

Viking Cave Discover the fascinating Viking Cave, where ancient wall paintings and the swiftlets' nests are a sight to behold. Learn about the cave's historical significance and the unique bird's nest harvesting tradition. After a while, we will arrive at Viking Cave, one of the most notable sites on Koh Phi Phi Leh. Visiting Viking Cave also allows you to discover one of the most profitable local industries: the hunting/harvesting of swiftlet birds’ nests. Particularly prized in Chinese culture, these edible nests are believed to promote good health and are specifically suitable for the skin. Entrance inside of the cave is now closed for visitors but we will pass by on our tour.

5

Enjoy delicious lunch at a beachside restaurant (Halal Food available) in Phi Phi Don Island (Ton Sai Bay), and free time on the beach. Savor traditional Thai cuisine while soaking in stunning views of the surrounding turquoise waters and lush landscapes. Explore the island's charming local shops and beach bars before we continue our journey.

6

If there is one thing that makes the holidays even more exciting, it is the guarantee that there will be cute animals to play with. Fortunately, that is no problem on Monkey Beach in Koh Phi Phi, where the monkeys live freely. This location has everything you expect from it: beautiful, warm, and cheeky! Long-tailed macaque troops own the beach, for real. Watch these curious creatures up close as they roam the beach. Don't forget your camera for some unforgettable moments!
