Baan Kloi II is a five-bedroom beachfront villa on Natai Beach in Phang Nga, the twin of Baan Kloi next door. It covers 700 square metres, sleeps 10, and has a private pool on a big terrace above a garden that runs to the sand. Phuket airport is 33 km south across the Sarasin Bridge.
Five bedrooms, one long table
The house is open-plan, with floor-to-ceiling windows and mid-century-style furniture. The kitchen has an island, two wine fridges and a long dining table, and there’s a bar and barbecue for evenings outside, where the table also seats 10.
Three bedrooms have king beds, a fourth has its own bathtub, and the fifth has twins. One king opens onto an outdoor terrace and has a bathtub with rain and handheld showers, and another has a balcony with a dressing table. The pool terrace is lined with loungers, and the garden looks over the sea with Natai Beach 50 metres away.
