Bus Terminal 1 is roughly 260-280 metres away, Chiang Rai Night Bazaar about 350 metres, and the Clock Tower around 460 metres — Saturday Walking Street is a bit further at 900 metres, so budget closer to ten minutes for that one.

The room lineup runs from shared-bathroom singles, doubles, family and quadruple rooms up to family suites with private bathrooms, plus male, female and mixed dormitory beds. A shared pantry has a fridge, toaster, microwave and coffee machine — there’s no kitchen inside the bedrooms, so any cooking happens out there. The rooftop doubles as a garden and social space, and lockers, luggage storage, tour help, Wi-Fi and parking cover the rest.

Insider Tip: Check the bathroom setup before you pay. Several private rooms still share facilities down the hall — the en-suite options are mostly in the family-suite category.
