ibis Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub is a compact city-hotel option near Nimman, with 19 m² Standard Double and Twin rooms. The rooms have a desk, Wi-Fi, a shower and a 43-inch television. At that size, think of it as a base for days out rather than somewhere with much indoor space for an energetic dog.
The hotel puts pets in selected first-floor Standard rooms. Its official pet policy, checked in October 2026, allows up to two dogs or cats per room, each weighing no more than 15 kg. There is a 500-baht supplement per pet per night. Bring vaccination records and have the pet reservation confirmed before arrival.
Guests have an open-air pool, a fitness centre and Charlie’s Corner restaurant and bar. Pets cannot use those shared areas, and you need to be in the room with your animal during housekeeping. Keep a leash handy for designated walking areas. The Huay Kaew Road address is convenient for Nimman, though it is outside the Old City moat.
Insider Tip: Specify a first-floor Standard Double or Twin room when contacting reservations. A room booked simply as Standard may not be allocated for pets unless you ask. If you want a terrace and more room, compare Novotel Nimman; its pet supplement is higher. The Chiang Mai pet hotel guide also covers stays inside the Old City.
