Lime Samui II is a five-bedroom villa on the same west-coast hillside as Lime Samui, high above Nathon on Koh Samui, with sea views over the Gulf from five cascading levels. It sleeps 10 in beds and up to 16 in all, and comes with staff, breakfast and a van with a driver. The airport is 25 km away and Bang Makham Beach 4 km below.
Built around a family
The ground floor has a room planned for children: two large beds for older kids joined to single bunks, its own bathroom and a private walled terrace. Next to it are a king bedroom with a covered balcony and a Life Fitness gym. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, living and dining space opens onto the pool, the dining table is carved from a single slab of acacia, and the double-height master suite has a sea-view bathtub and a mezzanine office that converts into an extra bedroom. Another king is on this floor and a fifth sits at the top with its own sunbed terrace.
The lowest level holds a double-height entrance hall, a private spa and a massage room. Outside, a 20-metre infinity pool and a hot tub face the sea, with a covered lounge, dining area and barbecue, and a lawn that’s used for weddings.
Insider Tip: Use the driver. A 12-seat van and driver are on standby and cost less than island taxis, which matters when the beach is 4 km downhill and Chaweng is across the island.
