Pick by bed layout first. Oriental Twin has two single beds, which suits friends or a parent and child. Oriental King and Canopy have a king bed and suit couples. Garden and mountain views both exist, so ask the resort which side your room faces when you book.

Location and getting there
The resort stands on a quiet road outside central Pak Chong. Driving is the practical way in: free parking and EV charging are on site, and the resort offers an airport shuttle as an extra. Taxi booking is available at the desk. Wineries such as GranMonte Vineyard and Winery and Khao Yai National Park are the usual day trips from this part of Khao Yai, so check drive times on your map. Insider Tip: Sunday to Thursday is the calm window. Khao Yai is a Bangkok weekend escape, so midweek means a quieter pool and an easier restaurant booking. Book dinner at Charn the evening you arrive rather than waiting for day two.

Beyond the pool and lazy river, the resort has a 24-hour fitness centre, massage, a coffee shop, a bar and lounge, and Charn Restaurant for breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet from 07:00 to 10:30. Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out runs from 06:00 to 12:00. Children are welcome, and Wi-Fi is free.
Who The Series Resort Khaoyai suits (and who it doesn’t)
Couples after a slow weekend, small groups of friends who want a pool and a lazy river, and anyone using the resort as a base for wineries and the park will get the most from it. If you want to wander out for street food, cheap cafes or a bar crawl, this is the wrong base. Children are welcome, though there is no kids club. Pet owners should look elsewhere.
