Villa Anong is a five-bedroom villa on the rocky shoreline of the Samujana estate, sleeping 10. It has a bunk room for children, a private gym and a sunken living room beside the pool. From Villa Anong it’s 4 km to Samui airport and about 900 m to Choeng Mon Beach.
A sunken lounge above the rocks
Three bedrooms with king or twin beds are on the lower ground floor, each with a terrace and an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor are another king bedroom, a bunk room for children and a family bathroom. The floors are white sandstone, and the living room is sunken, looking out past the infinity pool.
The gym has a running machine, a cross trainer and free weights, and the games kit runs to table tennis, badminton, croquet and board games. Yoga mats and tennis rackets are supplied. A ground-floor dining area seats 10, and there is a poolside barbecue.
The villa has full backup generators, and daily housekeeping is included.
Insider Tip: The ground-floor king and the bunk room are the only beds without a flight of stairs between them and the kitchen. Give the king to anyone who dislikes stairs, and the bunk room to the children.
