Villa Jane is a four-bedroom villa for eight, high on the hill in a quiet corner of the Samujana estate. Each bedroom has a king bed and a freestanding bathtub, and the saltwater pool runs along a wide deck. Villa Jane sits 4 km from the airport, with Choeng Mon Beach some 900 m downhill.
Freestanding baths on a hilltop
All four bedrooms have a king bed, a terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and a rain shower. Two are on the lower ground floor next to an entertainment room, and two are on the ground floor beside the living room. The master has a private deck.
The living room opens to the pool area, and an open dining area seats eight. The villa also has a TV lounge. The infinity-edge pool is saltwater, with a sunbathing deck, loungers on each level and views of forested hills and the sea.
A sound system runs through the house, backup generators keep it running in a power cut, and the manager can book a chef, a babysitter or a trainer.
Insider Tip: The entertainment room and two bedrooms share the lower ground floor, so give that pair to the teenagers or the late risers. Adults who want to wake to the pool deck should take the ground-floor rooms.
