The first floor holds the main living room, an open dining area for 12 and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. Three king bedrooms are also here, the master with a bathtub and walk-in shower and the other two with bathtubs.
The ground floor has three more bedrooms, two with king beds and one with twin beds. The cinema, gym and games room are down here too. The pool curls around the house, so the water is never far from the terraces.
Plenty of the estate is included with the stay. A villa manager looks after you, free private transfers meet your flight, and a shuttle runs to Central Festival.
Insider Tip: Put the master and the two bathtub bedrooms upstairs near the dining room to the adults, and give the twin room and the ground floor to children, since the cinema and games room are right beside them. For a big celebration, ask the manager about chefs and DJs early.
