Villa Pensri is the estate’s seven-bedroom villa, sleeping 14 with a 25 m infinity pool that wraps around the house. It has a cinema seating over 20, a commercial-grade gym, a games room and a basketball practice court. Samui airport is 4 km and Choeng Mon Beach 900 m.
Seven king bedrooms and a full entertainment floor
All seven bedrooms have king beds, terraces, bathtubs and rain showers. Several have a private terrace Jacuzzi. Five bedrooms are on the lower ground floor, with the master and a second room on the ground floor beside the living room and a dining area for 14.
The lower ground floor is the activity level. There is a games room with a pool table, table football, table tennis, retro arcade games and consoles, plus the cinema, the gym with a boxing area and the basketball court. Outside are a trampoline and a children’s wading pool. A yoga pavilion, massage sala and meditation nests round it off.
Daily housekeeping, free transfers and a manager are part of the stay. Hire a chef by the meal for big dinners.
Insider Tip: With 14 guests, pick bedrooms before arrival and check with the manager which have Jacuzzis. Families with small children should keep the youngest on the ground floor, away from the gym, where supervision is needed.
