Villa Pimchan is a three-bedroom villa for six, the compact option on the Samujana estate. It sits on the hilltop with sea views, an infinity pool framed by natural rocks and a private roof deck. Choeng Mon Beach is 900 m away and Samui airport 4 km.
A rock pool and a roof deck
The villa climbs three floors. The lower ground floor holds a king bedroom with an en-suite rain shower and a garage for two cars. The ground floor has the living room, a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area for eight, plus a second king bedroom. A third king bedroom with a private terrace sits on the top floor. Every bedroom has a rain shower and all but the lowest also have a bathtub.
Outside, the infinity pool sits among large natural rocks, with a barbecue beside it and daybeds in a secluded garden. A roof deck above takes sunsets and yoga. There is no gym or cinema here, which keeps the house simple.
Each stay includes a villa manager, daily housekeeping and breakfast served at the table, plus a free scheduled shuttle to Central Festival.
Insider Tip: The top-floor bedroom has its own private terrace, so give it to the couple who will use it most. Bring a book for the roof deck rather than expecting an entertainment room.
