Villa Tida, also called Villa 28, is a six-bedroom private pool villa on the top tier of the Samujana estate, above Choeng Mon on Koh Samui. It covers more than 1,200 square metres and sleeps 12. The airport is 4 km away and Choeng Mon Beach 900 m.
A games room, cinema and gym under one roof
Four king bedrooms are on the lower ground floor, with the cinema room, the fitness area and a massage room. Two more are on the first floor. Of the six, three are master suites with a bathtub and a rain shower, and every bedroom has a terrace and an en-suite bathroom. The ground floor has the living room, a dining area for 12, the kitchen, an office and a games room with a PlayStation 4 and Wii U.
The TV lounge has Apple TV, the cinema has sofa beds, and there is table tennis and board games. Outside, the infinity pool has loungers and parasols, with a patio, garden and barbecue around it. A Nuvo sound system plays through the house.
Breakfast arrives at the villa each morning. The manager books spa treatments, and a private chef is available at extra cost.
Insider Tip: Book the chef for cinema night, since staff finish at 5pm unless you are dining in. Split the three master suites between the adults, and put younger guests in the other three rooms.
