It is located on Charoen Krung Road (near Hua Lamphong and Yaowarat). It is a second-class royal temple of the Worawihan class and originally was called Wat Sam Chin because there is a story that there were three Chinese people who worked together to build this temple. The interior has some interesting items like the Phra Maha Mondop, which is where Phra Phuttha Maha Suwanna Patimakon or Luangpho Thong Kham is enshrined. It has been regarded as a priceless Buddha image since the past. The Buddha image with the appearance of gold contains a large amount of pure gold. The width of the lap is 6 cubits 5 inches, and the height is 7 cubits 1 khuep 9 inches. Open daily 08.00 – 17.00 hrs. Entrance fee : 100 baht.
