Four-bedroom sea-view pool villa
Baan Ratree Samui is a four-bedroom pool villa inside Dhevatara Residence, a gated estate on the Bophut stretch of Koh Samui’s north coast. It looks across the bay to Koh Phangan, and the estate is guarded around the clock with CCTV. Fisherman’s Village is about 10 minutes away by car.
Three floors, all facing the sea
The villa steps down the slope over three levels. Sliding glass doors open the living and dining room onto the sun deck and a 12-metre infinity pool, which has a shallow zone for children. The air-conditioned lounge has an L-shaped sofa, and a sound system carries music out to speakers on the deck. The master bedroom fills the top floor, with a dressing area and a bathroom with twin sinks, a sunken bath and a separate shower. The other three bedrooms each have a double bed, a TV and their own bathroom.
Breakfast is served daily and the house is cleaned every day. A chef will cook Thai or Western dinners on request and handles dietary needs and children’s meals with notice. Babysitting and laundry are available at extra cost.
Watch out: The beach directly below the estate is rocky, and at high tide the waves cover it completely. Swimmable sand is about 200 m along the coast, so bring beach shoes and plan swims around the tide.

Insider Tip: Book the chef for your first night when you confirm the villa. Pepenero, the nearest restaurant, is 700 m away and the nearest 7-Eleven 1.4 km, so a stocked kitchen and a cooked dinner save a drive after the flight.
