Chom Chan Temple

Wat Phra That Chom Chan crowns a hill reached by a naga staircase in Mae Chan district, where Lanna tradition meets contemporary Buddhist practice. Its centrepiece is a white-and-gold Lanna chedi — a bell-shaped relic tower rising in tiers to a slender spire — rather than a carved wooden hall, and the hilltop setting gives wide views over the surrounding valley.
