Facilities
The Sanctuary is a five-bedroom hideaway on the east side of Koh Yao Noi, an island in the middle of Phang Nga Bay halfway between Phuket and Krabi. The villa sits on a small headland with its own private cove — there is no other property on this stretch of coast.
The layout is built around the view: an open-plan sala faces directly out to the karsts of Phang Nga Bay, with the infinity pool dropping off in front. A separate sala further along the headland is set up as a yoga and meditation deck, used for sunrise sessions if you book a teacher (we have one).
Yao Noi is intentionally undeveloped. There are no clubs and only a few restaurants, mostly in Tha Khao village. Most guests stay at the villa for the duration; we can arrange a long-tail boat day to nearby uninhabited islands, or a half-day to Koh Hong.
Reaching the villa is a thirty-minute speedboat ride from Bang Rong pier in Phuket; we include the round-trip transfer in the rate.
What’s included
- Round-trip speedboat transfer from Phuket (Bang Rong pier)
- Daily housekeeping and pool service
- Welcome basket with local fruit and water
- Use of yoga mats and meditation cushions
- Concierge for chef bookings, private boat days, and on-request yoga teacher or massage therapist
Best for
Wellness retreats, writing/creative residencies, multi-generational families wanting an off-grid feeling without losing comfort. Not a party villa. The closest thing to a digital detox you can do in Thailand without going further south to Koh Phi Phi.
