2 dives at coral reefs, Half day for certified divers

This is a half-day dive trip out of Nai Yang on Phuket’s quiet northern coast, run for certified divers who want two relaxed dives at local sites inside Sirinat National Park. Four hours total with max 10 guests, departing at 9am and back by 1pm, making it a sensible fit around family beach days or flights.

The dive base sits on the grounds of The Slate hotel, just behind the village gate (tell the guards “diving” and they’ll wave you through). After a dive briefing, the boat heads out to two sites inside Sirinat National Park where gentle sloping reefs and coral fields provide healthy habitat for reef fish, occasional turtles and the full range of tropical marine life. Both dives are led by a professional instructor with SCUBA equipment, bottled water and snacks included. The park fees are part of the ticket, not an add-on.

Certification is required; bring your card and logbook. The easy sites also allow the operator to take junior certified divers of all ages, making it suitable for families with young divers. Hotel pickup and drop-off aren’t included, so stay near Nai Yang, Sirinat or the airport end of Phuket. Gratuities and souvenir photos are extra. The 5.0 rating (small sample of 27) and the small group cap suggest a quieter, more focused outfit than Phuket’s bigger operators at Chalong or Patong. Nai Yang’s north-coast location means better visibility than southern Phuket sites and calmer conditions through most of the year. Worth pairing with airport days since Phuket Airport is only 5-10 minutes away.
